Mr Foster and Miss England are still looking after your children during this lock-down. Each week, like the previous lock-down, they will contact you to check that everything is going well and to see if there is anything else we can do to help. Furthermore, they will be available through Google Classroom marking the children's work and answering questions.
If children are self-isolating, they MUST still complete work daily following the timetable of their class and return ALL work through Google Classroom, so that the teacher can give summary feedback about areas for improvement.
If the year group bubble has to close, children MUST move to remote learning and continue to follow the timetable.
Below is the remote learning timetable:
- A = Live lesson - during which the teacher appears live to the students as they deliver input / explanation/ feedback etc.
- B = Interactive lesson – During which there is the opportunity for students to communicate with the teacher(s) Chat/ email/ etc.
- C = Pre-recorded lesson- Content of lesson is delivered via pre-recorded content with no open channel of communication at the time of the lesson.
- D = Hard copies of work sent home, supplementing this as needed, with additional telephone calls home.
Below you will find a range of information to help at home. This includes a weekly tab, which includes a PowerPoint about all the work the children have been completing both at home and at school. There is also a video about the following week and what is coming up!
