Policies

It is important that our parents, staff, students and governors all know what is expected of them to ensure that Kings Heath is an inclusive, safe and friendly learning environment.

As part of the David Ross Education Trust, we are committed to delivering their policies and procedures.

These can be found at: http://www.dret.co.uk/about/statutory-information/policies/

These include our Charging & Remissions Policy and Complaints Policy.

As an academy serving our local community, it is also important that we have our own policies as well that meet the specific needs of our students and parents.

These are on the left of the screen and include our Admissions and Behaviour policies. The behaviour policy has our approach to anti-bullying included within it.

Based on the advice of the Local Authority, our Special Education Needs Policy is currently being reviewed to comply with new legislation and guidance. If you would like to see the policy as it stands, please contact the school office and we would be happy to share it with you.
